Full time, rotating position available. Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy holding a Pharm D degree in Pharmacy, or BS degree in Pharmacy with significant hospital experience.
Completion of a residency program is preferred. Updates knowledge and skills of self and other health care professionals to maintain, improve, and document competency in the area of pharmaceutical patient care. Responsible to provide accurate and comprehensive pharmaceutical services to all patients, newborn to geriatric. Monitoring and reporting adverse drug events, medication dispensing and distribution, supervision of non- pharmacist personnel.
Candidate must be a high school graduate. Some college preferred. Candidate must have strong communication and writing skills. An Illinois State certification for security is preferred.
Full time, evening position available. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills. Candidate must also have computer skills and pay attention to detail. This position will work in Emergency Department from 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
