Previous experience in a SNF setting and outpatient population is preferred. Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and licensed in the state of Illinois. One year of experience is preferred, but new graduates will be considered.

Duties include preparing the schedule for technical staff, being a buyer for the laboratory and liaison to numerous committees, organizing meetings and compiling productivity, monthly and annual reports. Full time, temporary position with rotating shifts. Candidate should have general maintenance, carpentry, electrical, electronic P.M. and C.M. experience and basic knowledge of types and safe use of power and hand tools. Prior experience and/or schooling in welding or plumbing pipefitting is a plus. Must have high school diploma or GED course work in math, physics and shop.
Physical Therapy Assistant - Memorial Care Center
Per diem position for an Illinois licensed physical therapy assistant. Candidate should have a background in a skilled nursing facility or acute care and be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
