Memorial Home Care Service has been named as one of the top tier home health care agencies in the United States by OCS, Inc.  The 2006 HomeCare EliteTM is the inaugural compilation of the most successful home care providers in the United States.  This ground-breaking review names the top 25% of those agencies whose performance measures in quality improvement and financial performance are best.   Memorial Home Care Service is the only hospital-based service of its kind in the metro-east area to receive this honor.
           
OCS, Inc. created the list of HomeCare EliteTM agencies from publicly available data from Home Health Compare and the CMS Cost Reports.  Three domains of performance were used to calculate the score – quality of care, quality improvement and financial performance.   OCS, Inc, based in Seattle Washington, is a post-acute healthcare information company with insight into a variety of data and integrated measurement tools that drive provider success in the marketplace.
