Forced Vital Capacity and Pulse Oximetry screenings are provided by Memorial Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
Bone Density screening is provided by Belleville Health and Sports Center, which is owned and operated by Memorial Hospital.
Blood Pressure screening is provided by Memorial’s Home Care Department
50 people can be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis for these screening
