Candidate should have an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, or equivalent system exposure to hospital departmental systems. Background in clinical and departmental information systems is preferred. Position provides project communication and coordination, including direction and oversight in the development, maintenance and integration of departmental information systems as they support the operations of Memorial Hospital.
Candidate should be an ordained clergy person who is endorsed or approved by a major ecclesiastical authority. Must be eligible for affiliation with a professional certifying organization, such as the Association of Professional Chaplains, Association for Clinical Pastoral Education, or Hospital Chaplains Ministry of America. Position will be responsible for the administration of hospital pastoral care policies and programs to include the formulation and interpretation of policies and procedures relating to the spiritual needs of patients, families and employees. Will maintain active community clergy relations programs, etc.
Shift: Day, Evening, Rotating
Candidate must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Illinois, be a graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy holding a BS or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD). Hospital experience is preferred. Position will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care. This consists of ensuring drug therapies that result in safe, effective, and cost conscious use of medications. Pharmacists will have the responsibility of providing all aspects of pharmacy services.
Time: 7:30 am to 4 pm
Candidate should have an Associate's degree in Secretarial Science, or related field or Bachelor's degree in related field. Must have a minimum of two years of working experience in an office or healthcare environment. Position will perform administrative and clerical functions to support Center for Nursing Excellence. Areas of major responsibility include overall clerical management of department, organization and maintenance of documents, education/training, coordination of in-house, community and educational offers, and use of Microsoft Office for creation of routine and special reports and/or documents. Navigation through HealthStream leaning management system will be required in order to maintain and evaluate employee education records and assign classes and curriculum to nursing staff. Will assist Nurse Clinicians and Nurse Educators with projects as needed, coordinate ACLS, PALS and BLS courses, including all record management of students and instructors, will maintain and instruct employees on use of ExpertScan:Creation, data entry and reporting functions.
Certified Nurse Assistant
Status: FT, PT
Shift: Evening, Night, Weekends
Time: 2:30 pm to 11 pm; 10:30 pm to 7 am
Completion of CNA course and Illinois state registry required. Rehabilitation experience helpful. Eight hour shifts available on evening and night shifts. Position requires candidate to be respectful and display collaborative communication skills. Completion of skills checklist and basic competency test required to complete application, these must be taken in Human Resources at Memorial Hospital in Belleville between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
RN - Family Care Birthing Center
Shift: Night, Weekends
Candidate must be a registered nurse with Labor and Delivery or Mother/Baby nursing experience. BSN preferred.
LPN - Nashville/Okawville, Illinois
Candidate will serve as a liaison between patients and other medical support staff. Candidate will take vital signs, history, and chief complaints. Candidate may assist physician(s) with patient care and conduct in-office procedures. Will ensure that examination and/or procedure rooms are always ready for providers. Current Illinois LPN license required. Must have 2 or more years of medical office experience.
Registered Nurse - Cardiology
Candidate must be a registered nurse with a minimum of two years experience. Physician office experience preferred. Must have current Illinois license.
Status: FT, PT
Candidate must be a high school graduate or have a GED. Coursework in Math and English preferred with previous voice communications experience.
RN - Pain Management
Time: 8 to 9 shifts per pay; 64 hours every two weeks; work schedule driven by procedure schedule
Candidate must be a RN with Illinois license and a minimum of two years of medical/surgical experience and current BLS and ACLS certification. Must have procedural experience in the administration of moderate sedation. Position will provide comprehensive pre-procedure admission assessment, patient/family education and documentation.
