Medical Assistant - Multiple Openings
Candidate must be a certified or registered medical assistant. Position will serves as liaison between patient and the medical support staff (nurses and physicians). May take vital signs, chief complaints, phone triage. Helps to ensure quality patient care. At times, may greet, instruct, direct and register patients.

Registration Clerk - Nuclear Medicine
Time: 6:30 am to 11:30 am
Candidate must have general office skills and computer training. Position will work 15 hours per week..
Candidate must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills and Illinois pharmacy technician licensure/certification. Experience in pharmacy or hospital setting is preferred and data entry experience desired. Must successfully complete the department's orientation program.

Candidate must be the graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy holding a BS or PharmD in Pharmacy. Must be registered in the State of Illinois, hold a current license in good standing and fulfill continuing education credits mandatory for the State of Illinois.
Pharmacy Storeroom Technician
Candidate must be able to use office equipment such as copy machine, calculators and computers as well as hospital-based computer systems. Position receives and maintains medical supply and medication stock levels in the Pharmacy storeroom, on inpatient nursing floors and other designated departments. Must be familiar with Pharmacy and Hospital Procedures pertaining to the management of the Pharmacy Department.
Patient Care Manager
Candidate must have a valid Illinois RN license, BSN strongly preferred with five or more years of medical office leadership experience. Must have knowledge of primary care practice environments, theories of practice and organizational change and a background in Quality Improvement methods. Position requires demonstrated project management skills, communication and conflict resolution skills and success and experience in a patient care coordinator/management role. Position will provide guidance for clinical practice and quality for Memorial Medical Group and actively participate in Clinical Quality Improvement program. The Patient Care Manager will work collaboratively with a wide variety of Memorial Medical Group and Memorial Hospital personnel, including, but not limited to: Market Administrators, Providers and clinical staff.

Individual must be able to push and pull wheelchairs, stretchers, and beds.
Individuals must pay attention to detail. Previous cash posting experience and hospital business office experience preferred. Computer skills are required. Individual must have cash posting for hospital business office experience.
Nurse Clinician - Obstetrics
Time: 4 shifts per week, flex start times on day shift, 64 hours every two weeks
MSN required with a minimum of three years of OB experience. BLS and NRP required. Candidate must possess or actively pursue specialty certification in obstetrics and be willing to become BLS and NRP instructor. Position is responsible in the primary role of facilitator of clinical excellence in obstetrics as well an educator, coach and researcher for quality care and positive patient outcomes in the OB department. Must assure current clinical competency and expertise in OB.
