Clinical Documentation Nurse
Time: 7:30 am to 4pm
BSN preferred with a strong medical/surgical, Emergency Department or Critical Care nursing background. Clinical documentation improvement experience preferred with a willingness to gain certification in documentation improvement when eligible. Position is responsible for the concurrent review of medical records to facilitate appropriate physician documentation and an accurate representation of severity of illness. This involves extensive record review, interaction with physicians, HIM professionals and nursing staff.
Service Representative - Payment Posting
Time: 8 am to 4:30 pm
Candidate must be a high school graduate with a working knowledge of insurance, basic bookkeeping, medical terminology and computer systems with various software. Position is responsible for reviewing and posting payments and contractual adjustments to patient accounts in accordance with Federal, State and other contracted payer guidelines. Duties include balancing cash drawers, preparing bank deposits, providing coverage for cashier, and posting timely and accurate payments.
Candidate should be a high school graduate, preferably with some college experience. Must be detail orientated, able to take direction and work independently. Position requires experience in a Medical Staff office, CVO, managed care organization or provider enrollment. Job duties include maintaining knowledge and experience with a Medical Staff database, providing data entry for Medical Staff credentialing, fax credentialing verifications, providing call-backs, scanning and attaching new physician and AHP applications, naming and importing to appropriate electronic folders within Midas+Seeker. Individual will assist with the reappointment process and provide support to Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital East when necessary.
Manager - Pain Management
Time: 8 am to 4:30 pm salaried position
BSN required, MSN or MBA preferred Position is responsible for the daily management of the Pain Center including staffing, and oversight of the Pain Management Program.
RN - Operating Room
Time: On call requirements
Candidate should be a RN with a minimum of one year general operating room experience. BSN and CNOR preferred. Must become certified within two years of hire.
Hiring for both Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital East.
Candidate must have excellent customer service and computer skills and pay close attention to detail. Position will handle pre-arrival for outpatients including pre-req and point of service collections.
Certified Athletic Trainer
Time: 1 to 8 pm
Candidate must have completed a professional curriculum at an accredited college or university and hold a Bachelor's degree, National Athletic Training Association Certification (NATA), be recognized as a BOS Certified Athletic Trainer and hold a license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations. American Red Cross CPR/PR, AED, and first aide certification required. Position requires completion of clinical hours as an ATC student and one year as an ATC in practice, under supervision. Must be licensed in the State of Illinois
Time: 2:15 to 10:45 pm
MT(ASCP) or MLT (ASCP) or equivalent required with at least one year of generalist experience preferred. Position requires good organizational skills and a devotion to service excellence.
Personal Computer Technician
Shift: Evening, Night
Time: Two - eight hour and two - twelve hour shifts
Candidate must have a high school diploma. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or CMIS preferred.
Floor Technician - Emergency Department
Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED. Floor technician experience is helpful. Shifts are Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm to 6:30 am.
