Admission Coordinator

Status: PT
Shift: Night
Time: 11 pm to 7 am

Candidate must have excellent customer service and computer skills and pay close attention to detail. Position will register patients in the Emergency Department and Labor and Delivery.

RN - Radiology Interventional

Status: PT
Shift: Day
Time: 9 am to 3:30 pm; Call hours one weekend a month will be 8am to 3pm

Illinois RN license (BSN preferred) with three to five years of experience. Candidate must be able to work independently in the Radiology Department, have strong communication skills and good customer service. Must have conscious sedation privileges; training will be provided at hospital. Position requires assistance in on-call once a month on a weekend.

Cash Management Representative

Status: FT
Shift: Day

Position will act as a patient advocate, offering assistance with balances including payment plans, settlements and other financing options. Assists in handling patient calls regarding collections and balances.
 

Ancillary Staff Trainer

Status: PT
Shift: Day

Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in training, education or related field and a minimum of three years of training, during which she/he has demonstrated teaching, education and leadership skills. This part-time position will assist in developing training and education sessions and teaching ancillary staff.

Server

Status: FT
Shift: Rotating

Candidate must be a high school graduate or have a GED. Previous food service experience is preferred with excellent customer service skills. 

Patient Services Representative

Status: FT
Shift: Day

The Patient Services Representative (PSR) is a multi-tasking position that consists of all front-end office functions including customer service, telephone management, scheduling, registration, co-pay collections, coding review, charge entry and appropriate cash and end-of-day closure procedures.

Cardiac Sonographer

Status: PT
Shift: Day
Time: 8 am to 4:30 pm

Candidate must be a registered cardiac sonographer with a BLS, computer knowledge. Pediatric experience preferred. Position requires evening and weekend call schedule. Will perform echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms and tee exams daily.

PRN Speech/Language Pathologist

Status: Per Diem
Shift: Rotating

Candidate must have an Illinois license and by certificated by the American Speech/Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). Acute care experience and familiarity in performing modified barium swallowing evaluations preferred. Schedule will be primarily weekends (some on-call) and weekday coverage.

Contract Specialist

Status: FT
Shift: Day
Time: 8 am to 4:30 pm

Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel, Amp and Access), Materials Management software (preferably Meditech) with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently.Position requires three to five years of healthcare Materials Management experience with a minimum of two yeas of experience in value analysis and contract analysis. Good problem solving, written and oral communication skills are required. Responsibilities include reviewing and resolving electronic order exceptions for contract, price, packaging and catalog number discrepancies; updating the contract database including scanning, tracking and renewing notices for contracts; and reviewing price change notifications against existing and potential contracts.

Pharmacy Technician

Shift: Rotating
Time: Every third weekend

Candidate must be a high school graduate with basic math and effective communication skills, hospital pharmacy and data entry experience. Illinois Pharmacy technician license/certification is preferred.  Position requires completion of a department orientation program, and the occasional moving of small cartons of up to 50 lbs.
