Home Care Service
Home Care provides skilled professional treatment and care for those who are recovering, disabled or chronically ill, in the comfort of their own home. Registered nurses, physical therapists, medical social workers, home health aides, occupational and speech therapists provide service on a part-time intermittent basis under the direction of your physician.
Home Care may be utilized when a patient:
- with recurring problems associated with a chronic disease or terminal illness needs support and assistance
- requires continued nursing or therapy service following hospitalization, although prior hospitalization is not necessary
Memorial Home Health Care Service is an Illinois licensed and Medicare certified home care agency. Services may be reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid and many other private insurances.
